Right across the pond from Infernal Manor, through the Jellyfish Islands, between the barnacle banks lies a mysterious Dark Harbor and the strange adventures of Lucy Curious. Curious met Strange one Summer vacation by what one could only describe as fate. With a shared fascination of all things strange, the two spent every single Summer together identifying local animal species, rare poisonous plants, and collecting sample specimens of expired sea life. One ill-fated Summer, Lucy’s vacation to the sea-side harbor never came to be, when her ship was lost at sea only a mere mile from the port… At first word, Lord Strange took his boat out to find Lucy where he quickly found himself caught in a hidden world between the living and the dead. Lucy eventually did wash ashore, the only survivor. Upon her arrival to Strange’s Manor, she is unable to find Strange but stumbles upon Strange’s secret labratory filled with an army of curious mystical creatures and puzzling notebooks filled with plans for robotic marvels, maps to treasure filled ruins, worlds beyond worlds and top secrets yet to be known. It’s now up to Lucy to finish what Strange had started in hopes of finding him one day. How fast will my order ship?
+We aim to pick, pack & dispatch within 48 hours of a paid order from our Padstow (Sydney) warehouse. You get an email with tracking the moment it leaves. Pre-orders ship once stock lands — see the Pre-Order tab.
How much is shipping?
+Free over $200 AUD Australia-wide. Under $200 it is a flat $9.95 to NSW · VIC · ACT · QLD, or $15.95 to WA · NT · TAS · SA. International rates show at checkout.
I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?
+No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
+Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
+Yes, for in-stock orders within 14 days of delivery. Choose store credit at 0% fee (Sugo wallet, no expiry) or a refund to your card with a 5% fee. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. Pre-orders are not covered here — the pre-order policy applies.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?

What about heavy or oversized statues?
+Most items ship free over $200. Items over 22 kg or 0.25 m³ may carry a regional freight surcharge to remote areas. We always contact you with a quote before dispatch — you can approve, use your own courier, or cancel.
