I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?

No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable — it counts toward your final balance. The only exception is if we cannot fulfil the order due to limited supply, in which case you get a full refund.

When do I pay the rest?

The balance is due when the item lands at our warehouse — you have 14 days from the arrival email to settle. Prefer to spread it out? Choose Payment Plan at checkout, or contact us to arrange instalments before arrival.

What happens if I cancel?

If you ordered with a deposit, the deposit is kept as the cancellation fee. If you paid in full or on a plan, the fee is 15% of the item total. Two ways to avoid losing it: cancel within 3 days (converted to store credit) or transfer the order to someone else at no fee — email support.

Why has the ETA changed?

Pre-order dates are estimates set by the manufacturer and can move with production, freight or QC. Our date may also differ from the maker's site because of shipping time to Australia. We email you when an ETA shifts, and your slot stays reserved.

Will the price go up on me?

No. We honour your pre-order price whether you paid a deposit or in full. If the price rises by the time stock lands, only customers who did not pre-order pay the new price.

Can I combine a pre-order with in-stock items?

Yes. We hold the in-stock items so the whole order ships together when the pre-order lands. Want the in-stock items first? Email support — a separate shipping fee applies for the split.

Should I pre-order something as a gift for a set date?

We do not recommend it. Release dates are estimates and can shift by weeks or months without notice. If a fixed date matters, wait until the item is listed as In Stock.

    Really impressive paint that pictures don't capture in the flesh. It has a pearlesent look. Very pretty to look at. The ice parts could have been transparent, and should have been but it's well painted at least. The neck is the weakest part of the figure. I have to drop it down a star as on my copy, I pulled it out only for it to be completely saturated in an unknown chemical, probably leftover release agents and platicisers. Both toxic carinegens. I have never had a figure have this issue before and is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Apparently I'm not the only person with this issue.

    I was particularly impressed with the textures used for its skin. I think this model is highly accurate to the movie, down to the back spikes. The size of this model I think was also good, as it was larger than I expected, and considering these are Kaiju toys, they make sense to be big.
    My problems with this model and why I can't give it 4 stars is mainly because of the articulation. I do not know why you can twist the head side to side, but not move the neck up and down. The tail also felt limited, as it couldn't really curve much to either side, particularly at the lower ends of the tail. Also for whatever reason, the toes on the front two feet are moveable, but not the toes on the back two? Additionally, one of my toes came twisted strangely, and I'm too afraid to try and fix it because it looks like it's just barely even connected to the toe and could break really easily. An ice beam would have also been nice, however this is the first Shimo model from Hiya, so I can excuse it.
