Shipping and Return

For Australian Customer:

  • All standard-size orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
  • PO/Parcel Locker addresses are allowed.
  • Express Post shipping is available at checkout.
  • Oversized Items will be shipped via Toll IPEC by default. Other shipping couriers are available upon request.
  • Same Day/Next Business Day Delivery is available in select Metro Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, and Canberra areas. Eligibility is based on your postcode. This method does not accept AusPost PO box/shop addresses. In rare instances where same-day delivery is not possible, items will be delivered the next business day. Please note, that refunds are not issued in these cases.

We offer free shipping for the majority of items on our website. However, for items that exceed 22kg or 0.25 cubic meters and are being shipped to remote areas (our warehouse is located in NSW), there may be a surcharge applied. The specific surcharge will depend on the packaging size determined by the manufacturer after the product is released. We will contact the receiver if a surcharge is required upon dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for heavy items that cannot be shipped with AusPost. These items require alternative shipping methods, which come with additional costs that we are unable to absorb. However, we will always strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options available for their heavy items.

DISPATCH

Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item within 2 business days. Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse.

The typical delivery time-frames within Australia are*:

- Sydney: 1 - 2 working days
- Melbourne & Brisbane & Canberra 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of Australia: 3 - 7 working days

When sending out each order, we ensure that they are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damages to its contents. We ship our orders using one of the following postal services:

Both services include tracking information. This ensures that you can track your order's delivery from the moment it leaves our warehouse. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the delivery man may leave a card with pickup details from your local post office/collection point.

    A fantastic looking figure that truly depicts Tom Hanks in his role of Captain Miller in Saving Private Ryan.
    More importantly, to me in particular, the figure was well packed, undamaged and arrived in pristine condition.
    I cannot recommend SUGO Toys enough and I will definitely be buying from them again. SUGO Toys gets a well-deserved 5 stars from me.

    I just purchased the 1/12 DID Military Palm Hero Series WWII US 2nd Ranger Battalion Series 1 Captain Miller from SUGO Toys. The figure is an excellent depiction of the Tom Hanks character from the movie Saving Private Ryan. The level of detail is fantastic for a figure in this scale, the face sculpturing really does capture Tom Hanks perfectly and all the uniform and accessories are period correct. These are excellent figures made extremely well and worthy of display due to the attention to detail and overall accuracy.
    While the 1/12 scale version is obviously smaller than the 1/6 version which is no longer available, it makes for a smaller display area if you don't have space for the larger figures. The 1/12 version requires care when assembling the accessories and older eyes may struggle when fitting belt loops and equipment etc. Everything is included to enable Captain Miller to be posed to match various scenes in the movie, from the initial Normandy beach landing to later in the movie.
    SUGO Toys were excellent to deal with, a very easy online purchase with fast careful shipping. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
