I'm in the US — will I pay tariffs?

No, on EMS orders. We cover US tariffs on EMS Standard and EMS Express shipments — checkout is the final price, no charges at the door. DHL Express orders are excluded (typically items over 20 kg or 0.25 m³); we always confirm the courier with you before dispatch on heavy orders.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We respond within 3 business days, send a pre-paid AU return label for genuine faults, and replace, repair or refund.

    Bought this a while back but got it assembled recently. A nice 1/6 statue. One of the small bell pieces on her back dress fell off but that was an easy fix. Detailed with vibrant colours. Base and figure are magnetically linked which is good to see. Only nitpick is that the base is light. Should of had more weight for more stability since the figure is weighing the base down. A good purchase regardless.
