    Hi Minh,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know, and I'm sorry for the frustration the review emails have caused.

Our system currently sends a separate review request for each individual item in an order, which means if you bought a few products you ended up getting several emails from us. That was never our intention, and I completely understand how it came across as spam.

We've heard your feedback and we're already working on improving this. Going forward we'll be combining these into a single review email per order, so you'll get one friendly request instead of a string of them.

Thanks again for flagging it, and apologies for the hassle. We genuinely appreciate you as a customer and we want the experience to feel better than this.

    Warm regards,

    The Sugo Toys Team
