The item you preordered was only just released by Hot Toys, and we are proud to be one of the first retailers in Australia to receive and ship this figure. While we completely understand the long wait can be disappointing, production delays were entirely outside our control and affected all global retailers equally.

Regarding the damage claim, we received a photo of the outer shipping carton only. To help you properly, we kindly asked you to check the actual product packaging inside and send us clear photos. This step is crucial so we can assess any real damage and offer a solution. As of now, we’re still waiting on that follow-up.

We’ve remained respectful and responsive throughout our communication and have always been willing to assist. We’re truly disheartened to see your review, especially as it doesn’t reflect the full context of the situation.
